Directions to Ian's house is easy. If you are travelling for the first time and are unsure of the location:
1. Head towards Scotch Corner Roundabout on the A1 and turn off for Richmond.
2. Follow the Richmond/Darlington Road through the village of Skeeby and up the hill until you will pass a 30mph speed sign followed by a sign welcoming you to Richmond.
3. Pass the road named St. Nicolas Drive on the left, and White Fields Estate (that you need to take) is the next left.
4. White Friars Close is the fourth turning on the left hand side (No4).
If you reach a series of schools on your left, you've gone too far!
